JT Sprockets are used by Road, Endurance, and Motocross race teams worldwide. All of them depend on the excellent quality and wide range of gear ratios offered by our sprockets.

It was a local event last weekend for the MBO Sport ASA Scaffolding Yamaha team as they went to round five of the MX Nationals series at the iconic Canada Heights circuit next to the M25 in Kent.

The team decided to put their number one rider Kristian Whatley though a physical challenge over the two day meeting for not only was he riding his usual three race MX1 event, but he was also entered in the four race two-stroke series on a YZ 250 Yamaha.

But as usual Kristian threw himself into the challenge and won six out of his seven races, and he also finished second in the other when all those hours on the track started to take its toll.

In the two-stroke races Kristian got all four holeshot’s and notched up all four race wins with wining margins varied from eight seconds to one minute and ten seconds to totally dominate the class.

Kristian said from the podium, “It was the boss’s idea of me racing the two-stroke as well and I think he wanted to knacker me out. I rode a two hour enduro in the week and along with the seven races this weekend my hands are all blistered up. But it was good fun on the two-stroke as I got four holeshot’s and four wins”
