A vast majority of items are held in stock and ready to go, we endeavour to get as many orders processed as possible. However, we can only guarantee to process orders placed before 12pm on working days excluding UK public holidays. If all order items are in stock then we dispatch the order the same day via the postal method selected. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed within 1 working day.
Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. When your order has left our warehouse we will update you again with your tracking information. If you are having trouble locating our emails please check your spam folder.
We send a majority of our UK orders via Royal Mail or DPD. So you'll be able to go to the Royal Mail website or the DPD website, enter your tracking number and see the current progress of your package. If you have not selected a specific courier at the checkout then the courier chosen for your order can be found in your dispatch confirmation email.
Please note that where we have made a mistake we are happy to pay return postage. However, the maximum we are able to refund is up to the original shipping cost. Orders placed with the DPD next day delivery service that do not deliver next day are out of our control therefore we are unable to refund shipping costs.
We ship using the DPD Next Day service. This service is a signed for next working day delivery service. This service includes DPD's Predict system, this means that you will receive SMS and email notifications updating you on the status of your delivery. DPD will also allocate you a 1 hour time slot for the delivery of your order.
We ship using either 1st Class or Tracked 48. Royal Mail 1st Class is a quick and efficient delivery service that aims to delivery your order within 1 working day including Saturdays. This service includes delivery confirmation at point of delivery but no other tracking services.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 is a fully tracked delivery service that aims to deliver your order within 2 - 3 working days. The progress of your order through the Royal Mail delivery network can be checked at any point by using the tracking number provided in your despatch confirmation email.
30 calendar days are allowed to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.
Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 30 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
All returns due to customer error will have the full value of the products refunded when they have been returned and inspected for damage. However the customer will still be liable for all postage cost, this means the cost of the initial postage as well as the cost to return the product.
