- Premium DID Chain
- 40% Greater Wear Resistance (Compared with Original X-Ring)
- Made In Japan with full warranty
- Comes with free D.I.D Racing decal
- D.I.D's X-Ring chain is designed for high performance motorcycles and Quads. Their patented X-Ring construction creates a chain that is both low in friction and high in wear resistance.
- D.I.D's sealed chains incorporate uniquely designed seal-rings which seal D.I.D's special "V" grease in the pin/bushing area and lock dirt out. They are expected to last at least ten times longer, produce 50% less friction and have up to 100% longer wear life than standard chains without significant wear elongation under satisfactory maintenance.
- Proven high tensile strength (8120lbs), above Japanese OEM standards. D.I.D X Ring has the greatest wear resistance of any other type of O-Ring or non O-Ring chain.
- Engineered for strength with solid rollers, high cylindrical & roundness accuracy and made from special alloy steel.
- ZJ link provides the same durability and resistance to fatigue as exhibited by regular riveted links of chain. This race developed link will be fitted to all machines with sealed ring chains, riveted connection to make the chain endless is recommended for maximum strength and safety achieved by a unique design of shouldered pin.
- Chain Rivet & Breaking Tools Available from our shop if you wish to modify the length of your chain.
D.I.D has redesigned the shape of the X-Ring to maximize wear resistance of the new 520ZVM-X, 525ZVM-X and 530ZVM-X. chains. These two models have also been beefed up in tensile strength to make them the ultimate chains for today s high performance sport and sport touring motorcycles.
The new ZVM-X-Ring retains all the low friction, high performance characteristics of the standard X-Ring while providing a significant increase in wear resistance and overall life of the chain.

- Finished in Unplated Steel
- OEM for all major Japanese manufacturers
- At least twice the wear life of a standard 520 chain
- High tensile strength
- Light weight
- Low Maintenance
- Less torsional friction
RK is the leading manufacturer of OEM motorcycle drive chain to all major Japanese manufacturers. With over 40 years of supply to the largest manufactures including Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha, Kawasaki and Triumph, RK has years of experience which it utilises to ensure every chain it produces exceeds all expectations. RK also remains the first choice for many race teams from Moto GP, Motocross and Rally, it's superior quality gives their competitors the edge. Maximise your motorcycle's performance by fitting RK chain. Mark Marquez does and he does pretty well...
The 520 XSO features RK's standard X-Ring technology, the RX-Ring. The special shape of the X-Ring allows for 4 points of contact between the ring and chain with a lubricant reservoir in the middle. This allows the 520 XSO to have the twice the wear life of a standard 520 chain whilst requiring less maintenance. The 520 XSO is designed to combine rigid strength with a low weight providing the feeling of light acceleration without compromising on wear resistance. Affordable, long lasting performance RX sealed chain. The XSO series offers less torsional friction and increased performance.

- Gold & Black finish

The DID 415 ERZ is part of the industry leading DID ER range designed exclusively for racing. With over 50 years of experience race teams from all over the world rely on DID technology to power their machines, including Valentino Rossi. DID ER chains are continually improved and updated with the lastest technologies in order to meet the increasing needs of today's racing motorcycle and riders.
The ERZ is further upgraded with Super Dai Hard (SDH) treated pin technology. The hi-tech SDH pins have an extremely hard chromium carbide surface while maintaining a soft inner core.
