- Incredible value
- Gold & Black finish
- SDH pin technology for increased wear resistance
- Feather weight at just 1.4kg per 100 links
- Pre-lubed and pre-greased from factory for maximum life
- Comes with split link for quick & easy fitment
The DID 520 DZ2 chain combines outstanding wear resistance with feather weight creating the ideal entry model chain for motocross. The DZ2 is further upgraded with Super Dai Hard (SDH) treated pin technology. The hi-tech SDH pins have an extremely hard chromium carbide surface while maintaining a soft inner core. This allows the pins to have a high impact strength combined with incredible shock absorbance further increasing the wear resistance of the DZ2.
- Finished in Gold outer plates.
- X ring contact points greatly increasing sealing performance, keeps dirt out and maintains lubrication.
- Pre-lubricated at factory, ensuring low friction and maximum durability
- Proven high tensile strength, above Japanese OEM standards.
- D.I.D X Ring has the greatest wear resistance of any other type of O-Ring or non O-Ring chain.
- D.I.D's X-Ring chain is designed for high performance motorcycles and Quads. Their patented X-Ring construction creates a chain that is both low in friction and high in wear resistance.
- Split (ZJ) link provides the same durability and resistance to fatigue as exhibited by regular riveted links of chain. This race developed link will be fitted to all machines with sealed ring chains, riveted connection to make the chain endless.
D.I.D motorcycle chain experts are proud to introduce this new high performance VX3 chain Series. In developing this new series, D.I.D focused on improving chain rigidity. Traditionally chain tensile strength has been used to indicate the overall strength and lock dirt out. They are expected to last at least ten times longer than standard chains without significant wear elongation under satisfactory maintenance.

- Finished in Unplated SteelÂ
- Super NZ Non O-Ring Chain
- Made In Japan
- SDH pin treatment creates an extremely hard chromium carbide layer on the pin surface which increases chain life. And at the same time the pin's inner core remains soft to absorb the tremendous shock loads of triple jumps without breaking.
- Comes with full fitting instructions
- Hard Chromium Carbide Layer for increased strength and durability
- Pre-lubricated at factory, ensuring low friction and maximum durability
- Proven high tensile strength, above Japanese OEM standards
- Solid bushes for enhanced distortion resistance from repetitive shock loading
- FJ clip/split type connecting link. Its cover-plate is designed for a slip fit on to the pins to enable easy installation.
Drive chain from the world's leading chain manufacturer. Made to O.E.M spec and designed for high performance motorcycles. The D.I.D chain advantage isn't just limited to light weight and superior strength. D.I.D's exclusive SDH pin treatment is another secret behind their winning performance.

- Designed specifically for racing
- Used by leading Supercross & Motocross teams
- Gold & Gold finish
- SDH pin technology for increased wear resistance
- Feather weight at just 1.36kg per 100 links
- Pre-lubed and pre-greased from factory for maximum life
- Comes with split link for quick & easy fitment
The DID 520 ERT3 is part of the industry leading DID ER range designed exclusively for racing. The ERT3 excels in this purpose being used by top teams in both Supercross & Motocross to drive them to victory. It does this by combining outstanding wear resistance with a feather weight, giving your machine the edge both on and off the track.
The ERT3 is further upgraded with Super Dai Hard (SDH) treated pin technology. The hi-tech SDH pins have an extremely hard chromium carbide surface while maintaining a soft inner core. This allows the pins to have a high impact strength combined with incredible shock absorbance further increasing the wear resistance of the ERT3.

- More lightweight and longer chain life
- By adjusting the materials, the 520ERVT is now 2% lighter and has a 15% longer lifespan, all while maintaining the tensile strength
- The clear choice of Top AMA teams. AMA riders rely on the 520 ERVT to achieve their success!
- Premium DID Chain Finished in Unplated SteelÂ
- 40% Greater Wear Resistance (Compared with Original X-Ring)
- Made In Japan with full warranty
- Comes with free D.I.D Racing decal
- D.I.D's X-Ring chain is designed for high performance motorcycles and Quads. Their patented X-Ring construction creates a chain that is both low in friction and high in wear resistance.
- D.I.D's sealed chains incorporate uniquely designed seal-rings which seal D.I.D's special "V" grease in the pin/bushing area and lock dirt out. They are expected to last at least ten times longer, produce 50% less friction and have up to 100% longer wear life than standard chains without significant wear elongation under satisfactory maintenance.
- Proven high tensile strength (8120lbs), above Japanese OEM standards. D.I.D X Ring has the greatest wear resistance of any other type of O-Ring or non O-Ring chain.
- Engineered for strength with solid rollers, high cylindrical & roundness accuracy and made from special alloy steel.
- ZJ link provides the same durability and resistance to fatigue as exhibited by regular riveted links of chain. This race developed link will be fitted to all machines with sealed ring chains, riveted connection to make the chain endless is recommended for maximum strength and safety achieved by a unique design of shouldered pin.
- Chain Rivet & Breaking Tools Available from our shop if you wish to modify the length of your chain.
D.I.D has redesigned the shape of the X-Ring to maximize wear resistance of the new 520ZVM-X, 525ZVM-X and 530ZVM-X. chains. These two models have also been beefed up in tensile strength to make them the ultimate chains for today s high performance sport and sport touring motorcycles.
The new ZVM-X-Ring retains all the low friction, high performance characteristics of the standard X-Ring while providing a significant increase in wear resistance and overall life of the chain.
